Mr Patterson has more than 20 years’ experience working with both start-up and blue-chip technology companies spanning Australia, Europe, US and Asia. As a leading senior executive, his experience includes telecoms, IT, digital media and venture capital.

Mr Patterson’s international experience has seen him hold senior business development roles with Yahoo, ECI Telecom, Energis Communications / Cable and Wireless PLC and Cisco Systems. He is an investor in technology ventures Abyss Solutions, Persollo, Republic Capital Management, Firstwave Cloud Technology, Lumific and Datasift where he secured investment from US venture funds.

Most recently he was the CEO and Co-Founder of Australia’s only regulated property investment platform, BrickX, and is an executive director of Blaze International (ASX:BLZ).

Mr Patterson holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Directors.

Mr. Walker is a businessman and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the management of public and private companies and in the provision of corporate advice. Specialising in the technology and natural resource sectors, Mr. Walker has served as executive Chairman or Managing Director for public companies with operations in North America, South America, Africa, Eastern Europe, Australia and Asia. Currently he serves as Managing Director of Corizon Limited (ASX: CIZ) and Chairman of Star Striker Limited (ASX: SRT). He is also Chairman of financial services group the Cicero Group of Companies and beef cattle enterprise the Stone Axe Pastoral Company.

For twenty five years Mr. Walker has served as Managing Director of his family livestock business, which was sold in part to Australia’s largest beef cattle producer the Australian Agricultural Company Limited (ASX: AAC) in 2006, described by AAC at the time as “the world’s largest and most credentialed full blood herd outside of Japan and is viewed as Australia’s premier Wagyu Business”. He remains active in the agricultural industry, with extensive family beef cattle interests in both New South Wales and Western Australia, is one of Western Australia’s leading grain producers and a known industry advocate for animal welfare.

Mr. Walker holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney, and is an Economic Development Ambassador for World Vision Australia.

Mr Robinson has gained extensive capital markets and advisory experience during over 15 years with some of Western Australia’s leading corporate advisory, funds management and stockbroking firms. Founding Cicero corporate advisory in 2008, Mr Robinson has served in either board or managerial positions of companies operating in North America, South America, Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia and Australia.

As a founding shareholder and director of Condor Energy Services Limited, Mr Robinson was instrumental in the successful launch of Australia’s first home-grown fracture stimulation company, which has secured in excess of $50M in funding since its launch.

He currently serves as a Director of the Stone Axe Pastoral Company and Jacka Resources Limited (ASX: JKA). Along with his various personal interests, he is also Managing Director of the Cicero Group of Companies. Mr Robinson is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia.
